The Office of Housing & Residence Life is excited to have you join our living and learning communities for the 2023-2024 academic year.  Please follow the following steps below to obtain your housing assignment.

Continuing & Returning Students

Step #1	Register for classes with your Academic Advisor.
Step #2	Complete the 2024-2025 Housing Contract & On Campus Housing Preference Form.  Returning students will receive these documents via email from the Office of Residence Life & Housing once class registration is completed.
Step #3	Return the completed contract and form to the Office of Housing & Residence Life in Davis Hall (Attention:  Courtney Brewer, Coordinator of Housing)
Step #4	Continuing & Returning Students do not need to submit a Housing Deposit, Immunization Records, or additional Background Checks.

 

New & Incoming Students 

Step #1	Once you have been accepted to the College, pay your $100.00 Enrollment deposit. Pay the $100.00 Enrollment deposit (Checks made payable to "Louisburg College") to the Office of Admissions.
Step #2	Complete the 2023-2024 Housing Contract & On Campus Housing Preference Form.  New & Incoming Students will be mailed these documents from the Office of Housing & Residence Life once the $100.00 Enrollment Deposit is submitted to the Office of Admissions.
Step #3	The completed contract and form must be returned to the Office of Housing & Residence Life in Davis Hall (Attention:  Courtney Brewer, Coordinator of Housing).
Step #4	New & Incoming Students need to complete & submit Immunization Records.
Step #5	New & Incoming Students need to complete the Background Check Form.  This will be provided at Hurricane Prep Days or from the Office of Housing & Residence Life.
Step #6	Once all is completed and verified students will be assigned housing spaces.  Students will receive an email from the Office of Housing & Residence Life confirming their specific room assignment & roommate.
